Element Hall will provide a dramatic multi-functional space for all-hands meetings, shareholder presentations, scientific talks, company movie nights, holiday parties or a space just to hang out.
The 4,900 SF flexible work and event space has integrated audio-visual equipment, and seating for 140 occupants for lecture events (or 240 standing). There is an indoor outdoor flex space for tenant use with a hospitality bar and folding wall to create seamless space integration (max 49 occupants)
